TGI Fridays® is dedicated to hunger-relief and is committed to educating the public about food insecurity. Feeding America is excited to partner with TGI Fridays for the fourth consecutive year to fight hunger through its competition, the World Bartender Championships. TGI Fridays World Bartender Championship is a bracket-style competition to crown the world’s best bartender. Beginning in July, each restaurant hosts a competition to determine the best local bartender. Winners advance to regional and divisional rounds then finally to the World-level, in early 2015, where only one bartender can earn the title, ‘World’s Best’. In conjunction with the competitions, restaurants will raise funds for Feeding America and its network of food banks through auctions and other activities.
