The Kellogg Company “Feeding America is the single largest recipient of charitable donations from our company. This partnership has endured for three decades because the outstanding work of Feeding America and its nationwide network of food banks is aligned with our commitment to improving health and nutrition."

John Bryant, Kellogg Company President and Chief Executive Officer

Kellogg Company and the Kellogg’s Corporate Citizenship Fund have provided both local and national support to Feeding America and its network of food banks for 30 years. As a longstanding, committed partner, Kellogg has given more than 200 million pounds of food over the past decade alone.

Two Kellogg executives are credited with starting the Food Bank of South Central Michigan, the local food bank in Battle Creek, Michigan, in 1982. Kellogg leaders have been involved with our network ever since, serving on boards and anti-hunger task forces. Additionally, Kellogg employees share in the involvement by participating in Days of Caring events at the food bank each year, which draws hundreds of employees to pack boxes, unload trucks and make a difference in their community.

For the past 15 years the Kellogg Company has also supported critical national disaster relief efforts through Feeding America. Most recently, Kellogg and the Kellogg’s Corporate Citizenship Fund made a $400,000 contribution of food and funds to support the relief efforts for powerful spring storms and flooding.  Watch the video to hear from Kellogg President and CEO, John Bryant, on those efforts.

As a Leadership Partner of Feeding America, Kellogg Company has helped provide more than 221 million meals through food and fund donation to help families in need since 1983.
